03 Acceptable Operations
Our systems are optimized for high-deliverability professional communication. Transmission of bulk unsolicited content, malicious payloads, or deceptive identities triggers immediate cluster isolation and account termination.
04 Service Integrity
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for core mail routing nodes. Infrastructure maintenance that impacts connectivity is communicated via administrative channels with a 48-hour minimum lead time.
